• Provide accurate and verifiable information. False or misleading submissions will be rejected.
• Do not submit duplicate listings. Search the directory before suggesting a new entry.
• Do not include promotional language, prices, or marketing copy in descriptions.
• We do not accept payment for listings — all inclusions are editorial decisions.
• Include a source URL (official website or credible news article) where possible.

Community Posts & Discussions

• Be respectful to other members and the venues/operators you discuss.
• Do not post spam, advertisements, or affiliate links in discussions.
• Do not share personal information about employees, owners, or other individuals.
• Keep discussions relevant to the category they are posted in.
• Report factual inaccuracies with sources — opinions should be clearly framed as such.
• No hate speech, harassment, or threats of any kind.

Moderation

All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We reserve the right to:

• Edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, or compliance with these guidelines.
• Reject submissions that do not meet our editorial standards.
• Suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines.
• Remove published content if new information indicates a violation.

Review times are typically 3–5 business days. You can track your submission status in your account.

Rate Limits

• Listing suggestions: up to 5 per day per account.
• Community posts: up to 10 per day per account.
