Nolimit City

Nolimit City is a Stockholm-based boutique slot studio founded in 2014, best known for extreme volatility mechanics and innovative reel systems. The studio's xNudge® mechanic — where wild symbols nudge to fill their reel while multiplying for each nudge — appears across titles including San Quentin xWays (2021), Tombstone RIP, and Punk Toilet. The xWays® system creates expanding reel positions that multiply ways-to-win mid-spin. Nolimit City games are characterised by maximum wins of 150,000x+ (Zombie Circus, Mental) — among the highest potential multipliers in regulated casino gaming. The studio's controversial imagery (prison themes, punk themes) combined with mathematical excellence has created one of the most discussed slot catalogues among experienced players. Nolimit City was acquired by Light & Wonder in 2022.
