Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort is the flagship gaming property in Rhode Island and is operated by Bally's Corporation (which acquired the original Twin River Casino in 2020). As Rhode Island's largest and longest-running gaming facility, Twin River Lincoln is deeply embedded in the state's entertainment culture and serves as the primary gaming destination for the Providence metropolitan area and southern Massachusetts. The property has operated in various forms since 1947 — originally as the Lincoln Downs horse racing track — and has grown from a VLT slots facility to a comprehensive casino resort with hotel, spa, and entertainment.
