The property serves Louisville's enormous gaming market from its Indiana-side position, drawing millions of visitors annually from the Louisville metropolitan area where casino gaming is not available.
The property rebranded from Horseshoe to Caesars in 2021 when Caesars sold the Horseshoe brand to JACK Entertainment as part of regulatory requirements following the William Hill acquisition. The Caesars Rewards loyalty program continues to provide nationwide integration for regular guests.
