Deltin Royale

Deltin Royale is India's largest casino, operating from a purpose-converted five-deck vessel moored on the Mandovi River at Panaji's waterfront — a stone's throw from the historic Portuguese-era buildings of Goa's state capital. Goa's unique legal framework, which permits casino gaming under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act of 1976, makes it India's only significant land-based (and river-based) gaming destination.
