Overview

Desert Diamond Casino West Valley is the flagship property of the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise, operated by the Tohono O'odham Nation on their tribal trust land in the West Valley of metropolitan Phoenix. Located near Glendale and the Loop 101, it opened to serve the rapidly growing West Valley population and quickly became one of the most prominent tribal gaming facilities in the Phoenix area. The Tohono O'odham Nation — whose name means "Desert People" — has long been stewards of the Sonoran Desert landscape that surrounds the property.
