About Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Overview
Fontainebleau Las Vegas opened in December 2023 as the largest new hotel in the United States in decades — a $3.7 billion, 67-story glass tower at the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip that has already been hailed as among the finest new casino resorts in the world. The project was originally conceived by Carl Icahn (who purchased the unfinished structure out of bankruptcy in 2010) and ultimately completed and opened by Fontainebleau Development, the Miami Beach resort company that created the original Fontainebleau Hotel in 1954.
The property immediately began earning recognition as one of the finest casino resorts in Las Vegas upon opening, competing directly with Bellagio, Wynn, and Aria for the Strip's top designation. The 67-story tower is the tallest hotel building in Nevada.
Gaming
The 150,000 sq ft gaming floor features 1,800+ slot machines and 100+ table games across multiple gaming areas. The Lumen high-limit lounge serves premium players. Sports betting is available. The BET MGM Sportsbook at Fontainebleau is a major attraction.
Hotel
3,644 rooms across the 67-story tower. All room categories include premium finishes. The spa and pool experience are among the finest in Las Vegas. The property's service standard immediately positioned it as a competitor for Forbes Five-Star recognition.
Dining & Entertainment
36 restaurants and bars — among the most comprehensive dining programs of any hotel opening in Las Vegas history. The LIV nightclub (Miami Beach's most famous nightclub brand) anchors the entertainment program. The rooftop pool and nightlife experience are designed to compete directly with the best daytime and nighttime pools on the Strip.
Getting There
Located at 2777 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 — at the northern Strip at Convention Center Drive, adjacent to Resorts World. Valet and self-parking available.
