Fort Belknap Casino is operated by the Aaniiih and Nakoda Nations (collectively the Fort Belknap Indian Community) on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation in Harlem, northern Montana. The reservation sits between the Milk River and the Bear Paw Mountains and is one of the most remote reservation territories in the contiguous United States — a geographic reality that makes the casino primarily a community resource rather than a regional destination draw.
