Overview

Golden Nugget Atlantic City has had several identities over its history — opening in 1985 as Trump's Castle, later renamed Trump Marina Hotel Casino. In 2011, Landry's Inc. (now Fertitta Entertainment) acquired the Marina District property and completed a dramatic $150 million renovation, relaunching it as the Golden Nugget in 2012. The investment transformed the casino from a faded Trump-era property into one of Atlantic City's most polished and guest-focused resorts, earning consistent praise for its service, dining, and amenities.
