About Luxor Las Vegas

Overview

Luxor Las Vegas opened in October 1993 as one of the most dramatic architectural statements on the Las Vegas Strip — a 30-story glass pyramid with an enormous sphinx at the entrance. The skybeam from the apex of the pyramid is the strongest beam of light in the world, visible from aircraft at cruising altitude. MGM Resorts International operates the property, which anchors the southern Strip cluster alongside Mandalay Bay and Excalibur.

120,000 sq ft gaming floor with 1,500+ slot machines and 80+ table games. 4,407 rooms in the pyramid and two tower additions. Attractions include Blue Man Group, Fantasy, and Bodies: The Exhibition.
