About New York-New York Hotel and Casino

Overview

New York-New York Hotel and Casino recreates the New York City skyline in miniature along the Las Vegas Strip — 12 Manhattan skyscraper replicas including a 150-ft Statue of Liberty and a replica Brooklyn Bridge. Opened in January 1997, the property is operated by MGM Resorts International and anchors the intersection of Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana Avenue alongside MGM Grand, Excalibur, and Tropicana (now closed). The themed exterior and the rooftop roller coaster (the Big Apple Coaster) make it one of the most photographed properties on the Strip.
