Paragon Casino Resort is operated by the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana in Marksville, Avoyelles Parish — in central Louisiana's Red River valley. The Tunica-Biloxi are descendants of the Tunica and Biloxi peoples who lived along the Gulf Coast and lower Mississippi River valley for millennia. Their gaming enterprise began in 1994 and has grown into one of Louisiana's most complete tribal casino resorts.
