Overview

Saracen Casino Resort is the gaming destination for Jefferson County, Arkansas, developed and operated by the Quapaw Nation — a federally recognized tribe whose ancestral homeland includes the Pine Bluff region of southeast Arkansas. The Quapaw (also known as the Ugakhpa or "downstream people") were awarded the Jefferson County casino license under Amendment 100 and built a resort that stands as one of the most architecturally impressive casino properties in the Mid-South. The Saracen name draws from the medieval era as a nod to the region's historical significance and the warrior spirit of the Quapaw people.

Construction began in 2019, with a temporary facility opening in late 2020 and the full resort debut following in 2021–2022. The property has rapidly established itself as Pine Bluff's most significant economic development project in decades, bringing hospitality, entertainment, and employment to one of Arkansas's most economically challenged cities.

The casino floor offers over 900 slot and electronic gaming machines alongside a full roster of live table games including blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, three-card poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em. Located at 1 Saracen Resort Drive, Pine Bluff, AR 71601, off US Highway 65 near the Arkansas River. Approximately 45 miles southeast of Little Rock via US-65 or I-530. Complimentary self-parking and valet are available.
