Overview

Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is operated by the Seneca Gaming Corporation (the gaming enterprise of the Seneca Nation of Indians) and is the anchor of the US-side gaming market in Niagara Falls, New York. The property opened in 2002 with a temporary facility and expanded to its current 26-story hotel tower in 2006, transforming the downtown Niagara Falls experience on the American side and competing directly with the Canadian casinos (Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort) on the Ontario side of the falls.

Niagara Falls is one of North America's most visited tourist destinations, receiving approximately 8 million US-side visitors annually, and Seneca Niagara benefits enormously from this built-in visitor base. The property's downtown Niagara Falls location is within walking distance of the US-side falls observation area and Niagara Falls State Park — the oldest state park in the United States.
