Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort is operated by the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan and is the largest casino resort in Michigan by gaming floor square footage, exceeding even the Detroit commercial casinos in slot machine count. Located in Mt. Pleasant in the geographic center of Michigan's Lower Peninsula, Soaring Eagle serves as a destination resort for the entire state and draws from the Detroit, Lansing, Flint, and Grand Rapids markets — all within 90–150 miles.

The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe has occupied the Isabella Reservation in the Mt. Pleasant area since the 19th century. Their gaming enterprise, which has grown into one of the largest tribal casino operations in the Great Lakes region, has become the economic foundation of the reservation community and a major employer for the broader Isabella County region.

Soaring Eagle's gaming floor features over 4,000 slot machines — Michigan's largest slot machine count — alongside 100+ live table games including blackjack, craps, roulette, and baccarat. The poker room is one of the most active in Michigan outside of Detroit, running cash games and tournament events. A dedicated high-limit room serves premium players.
