Overview
Grand Lisboa is one of the most recognisable structures on the Macau skyline — a golden, lotus-blossom-shaped tower rising 261 metres above the Macau Peninsula that announced SJM Holdings' ambition to compete with the incoming foreign casino operators when gaming liberalisation took effect in 2002. The building's distinctive ornate exterior, covered in 261,000 LED lights, is a Macau landmark visible across the Pearl River Delta.
The Grand Lisboa Palace is home to robuchon au dôme, which holds the maximum three Michelin stars and is consistently ranked among the best restaurants in Asia. The casino's VIP junket rooms occupy multiple floors and cater to a high-roller clientele with access to private gaming salons and butler service.
